Write Letters of thanks (Viết thư cảm ơn)

Còn điều gì tuyệt vời và phù hợp để thể hiện sự cảm kích của các bạn về món quà hoặc sự giúp đỡ của ai đó hơn là một lá thư cảm ơn? Chỉ mất một chút thời gian và công sức thôi nhưng các bạn sẽ đem nụ cười đến cho một ai đó. Ngoài ra việc viết thư cảm ơn cũng thể hiện được cách cư xử, sự giáo dục cũng như tính cách của các bạn. 

Chính vì có nhiều mục đich để viết thư cám ơn nên có rất nhiều dạng thư cảm ơn. 

Các bạn hãy quan sát bảng dưới đây:

CÁC DẠNG THƯ CÁM ƠN:

	Thư cảm ơn vì được phỏng vấn xin việc.
	Phần cảm ơn ngắn gọn.
	Thư cảm ơn sau khi nhận được quà cá nhân.
	Thư cảm ơn sau khi nhận được quà cưới.
	Thư cảm ơn sau khi nhận được quà Giáng Sinh.
	Thư cảm ơn sau khi nhận được quà của đối tác (về công việc).
	Thư cảm ơn sau khi được phỏng vấn và đề nghị được phỏng vấn sâu hơn.
	Thư cảm ơn vì được phỏng vấn tham gia hoạt động tình nguyện.
	Thư cảm ơn về lý do cá nhân.
	Thư cảm ơn đồng sự.
	Thư cảm ơn giáo sinh.
	Thư cảm ơn vì đã cung cấp thông tin.
	Thư cảm ơn vì đã đề nghị công việc.

Kiểu thư cám ơn rất đa dạng nhưng vì thời lượng bài giảng có hạn nên chúng tôi chỉ đưa ra những lưu ý chung khi viết thư cám ơn và giới thiệu cho các bạn một số dạng phổ biến.

LƯU Ý KHI VIẾT THƯ CÁM ƠN

	Viết và gửi thư cảm ơn sớm hết mức có thể. (Thông thường trong vòng 24 giờ ngay sau khi các bạn được phỏng vấn hay nhận được quà hoặc nhận được lời đề nghị công việc.)
	Luôn lưu tâm đến đối tượng các bạn viết thư cảm ơn, tập trung đến vấn đề các bạn đề cập đến.
	Nếu các bạn chỉ viết vài dòng thì nên sử dụng "Phần cảm ơn ngắn gọn viết tay" không nên viết thư cảm ơn.
	Trường hợp viết thư cảm ơn sau khi được phỏng vấn là bắt buộc.
	Các bạn hãy nhớ đọc kỹ sau đó kiểm tra lỗi chính tả, ngữ pháp, lỗi in, vv.. một cách cẩn thận.
	Nếu có bất kỳ sự nghi ngờ nào về tên gọi hay cách viết tên của người nhận thư cảm ơn các bạn phải xác minh lại ngay trước khi viết. Bởi điều tối kị là viết sai tên người nhận thư.

Đoạn văn đầu tiên	Đoạn văn đầu được sử dụng để cảm ơn nhà tuyển dụng đã dành thời gian để gặp và nói chuyện với các bạn. Các bạn hãy cố gắng đề cập đến niềm yêu thích và sự hăng hái, nhiệt tình của các bạn đối với công việc.
Đoạn văn thứ hai	Đoạn này nên bao gồm lý do các bạn có thể trở thành ứng cử viên xuất sắc cho vị trí, công việc các bạn vừa được phỏng vấn. Ngoài ra, các bạn hãy liệt kê những kỹ năng đặc biệt của mình liên quan đến công việc đó. Hãy lưu ý rằng các bạn càng viết chi tiết nhà tuyển dụng càng biết rõ hơn về trình độ, chuyên môn của các bạn.
Đoạn văn thứ ba (đoạn văn bổ trợ)	Đây là đoạn văn không bắt buộc, các bạn có thể viết hoặc bỏ qua. Nếu quyết định viết, ở đoạn văn này các bạn có thể đề cập đến bất kỳ điều gì bạn chưa đưa ra được trong buổi phỏng vấn nhưng các bạn muốn nhà tuyển dụng biết đến. Đoạn văn này sẽ tạo cơ hội cho các bạn gây ấn tượng tốt với nhà tuyển dụng.
Đoạn văn kết thúc mẫu	Ở đoạn kết này, các bạn nên đề cập lại đến sự cảm kích của mình khi được cân nhắc cho vị trí công việc đó. Ngoài ra các bạn hãy khéo léo thể hiện cho nhà tuyển dụng biết rằng bạn đang mong tin trả lời sớm từ phía họ.

Tuy nhiên những bức thư thân mật không nhất thiết phải tuân thủ hoàn toàn theo phần bố cục và nội dung mẫu mà bài giảng đã đưa ra. Có rất nhiều cách thức để biểu đạt.

Thank You Letter for a Wedding Gift (Bức thư cảm ơn vì món quà cưới)

Bức thư cảm ơn vì món quà cưới phải được viết và gửi đi sau khi nhận được món quà, chậm nhất là một tuần sau khi nhận được. Tuy nhiên, nếu hôn lễ được tổ chức một cách vội vã hoặc món quà được gửi tới vào phút chót, thư trả lời có thể được viết sau khi đi nghỉ tuần trăng mật về. Thông thường cô dâu sẽ tự viết thư cảm ơn. Tuy nhiên trong thư sẽ phải đề cập đến cả hai vợ chồng.

A pious intention, wasn't it? But who could have guessed that I was not only going back to a cooler clime, but into the most ghastly weather, weather that threatened to shatter my health!  Winter and summer in senseless alternation; twenty-six avalanches in the thaw; and now we have just had eight days of rain with the sky almost always grey--this is enough to account for my profound nervous exhaustion, together with the return of my old ailments.  I don't think I can ever remember having had worse weather, and this in my Sils-Maria, whither I always fly in order to escape bad weather.
